EXPERIENCE

  • Recruited, trained, supervised, and evaluated curricular, co-curricular, and extra-curricular staff  and guest teaching artists for the Media, Speech, & Theatre Department and Performing Arts Division

  • Coordinated and managed curricular and co-curricular projects including schedules, procedures, and budgets for personnel and facilities

  • Coordinated $1.2 million capital and naming project for the Hayes-McCausland Theatre

  • Facilitated communication and collaboration between department staff, district representatives, and architectural team for the design and construction of multiple specialized classrooms, studios, scene shops, and performance venues

  • Managed facilities, scheduling, budgets, and personnel for 50+ theatrical productions, music concerts, special events, and dance performances events each academic year

  • Developed and led All-Campus Arts Days for over 1000 students and staff members each year

  • Built relationships and facilitated conversations with diverse stakeholders to build teams, exceed goals, and resolve conflicts. Examples include: Production Meetings, Parent-Teacher Conferences, Department Equity Work, IEP Strategy Conferences, Board of Education Presentations, Transition Programs
